Ordering
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed through our online shop or via WhatsApp. We bake fresh each morning and fulfil same-day orders placed before 9am, subject to daily availability.
When should I order for Diwali?
Order by 7 Nov for delivery across Delhi-NCR before Diwali. Bonbon boxes and hampers are on pre-order, with deliveries from 28 Oct. See the Diwali gifting collection.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for online orders. For corporate gifting, tell us how many and when, and we’ll come back with a proposal.
How far in advance should I order?
For regular orders: same day if placed before 9am. Whole entremets are made to order and need 24 hours. For corporate or large event orders: at least 72 hours, and ideally a week for 50+ pieces.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Ghaziabad. Enter your pincode in the bag to see the delivery fee before checkout: Ghaziabad & Noida ₹100, Delhi ₹200, Gurgaon ₹350. Free over ₹2,000.
What time do deliveries go out?
You choose a delivery date and window in your bag before checkout — morning (10am–12pm) or evening (7pm–9pm).
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Kitchen pickup is available — reach us on WhatsApp to arrange a time before placing your order.
Products
What is a petit gâteau?
A petit gâteau is a small, multi-layered entremet cake — think mirror glaze or velvet spray over mousse, ganache, and a biscuit base. Ours are made with Valrhona chocolate and seasonal ingredients, assembled fresh each morning.
Do you use preservatives?
No. Everything is made fresh without preservatives or artificial flavours. Eat cakes and pastries on the day of delivery, or refrigerate and eat within 48 hours. Chocolates keep longer — store them somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Most cakes, petit gâteaux and tarts can be made eggless — choose on the product page. The Marshmallow Bar contains gelatin and is not vegetarian. For allergies or other requirements, reach us on WhatsApp before placing your order so we can advise on what’s suitable.
Payments & returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our online checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 12 hours before your scheduled delivery. After that, we’ve already begun preparing your order and are unable to make changes.
