Ordering

How do I place an order?

Orders are placed through our online shop or via WhatsApp. We bake fresh each morning and fulfil same-day orders placed before 9am, subject to daily availability.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum for online orders. Gift boxes have a minimum of 4 pieces; corporate orders have a minimum of 10 pieces.

How far in advance should I order?

For regular orders: same day if placed before 9am. For gifts: 48 hours. For corporate or large event orders: at least 72 hours, and ideally a week for 50+ pieces.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Delhi NCR. Delivery charges apply based on distance and are shown at checkout.

What time do deliveries go out?

Deliveries leave between 10am and 6pm. We’ll confirm your delivery window once your order is placed.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Kitchen pickup is available — reach us on WhatsApp to arrange a time before placing your order.

What is a petit gâteau?

A petit gâteau is a small, multi-layered entremet cake — think mirror glaze or velvet spray over mousse, ganache, and a biscuit base. Ours are made with Valrhona chocolate and seasonal ingredients, assembled fresh each morning.

Do you use preservatives?

No. Everything is made fresh without preservatives or artificial flavours. We recommend consuming on the day of delivery, or refrigerating and eating within 48 hours.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Some items are gluten-free or eggless — these are marked on the product page. For specific requirements, reach us on WhatsApp before placing your order so we can advise on what’s suitable.

Payments & returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our online checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 12 hours before your scheduled delivery. After that, we’ve already begun preparing your order and are unable to make changes.
