crmb. is a patisserie. Everything is made in small batches in our kitchen in Ghaziabad and delivered by us, or a delivery partner we book, across Delhi-NCR.

Where we deliver

Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Ghaziabad. Enter your pincode in the bag to check that we reach you and to see the delivery fee before checkout. We don’t ship outside Delhi-NCR yet. Cakes and pastries don’t travel well.

Delivery fees

• Ghaziabad and Noida: ₹100
• Delhi: ₹200
• Gurgaon: ₹350

Delivery is free on orders of ₹2,000 or more in Delhi and Gurgaon. The fee shown at checkout is the fee you pay.

Whole entremets sometimes need to travel by cab to arrive intact. If a surcharge applies, we tell you before the order leaves the kitchen.

Choosing a date and time

You choose a delivery date and window in your bag before checkout: morning (10am–12pm) or evening (7pm–9pm).

Most items can be delivered the same day. Whole entremets are made to order and need 24 hours. Diwali bonbon boxes and hampers are on pre-order, with deliveries from 28 October. Order by 7 November for delivery before Diwali.

Receiving your order

Cakes and pastries are perishable. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order in the window you chose, and refrigerate cakes and pastries once they arrive. Chocolates should be kept somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight.

Kitchen pickup

You can collect from our Ghaziabad kitchen. Reach us on WhatsApp to arrange a time before you order.

If something isn’t right

If your order arrives late, damaged or not as it should be, message us the same day with your order number and a photo. We’ll set it right.
